he just hopes that she doesn’t think she’s done anything wrong – she hasn’t. it’s just that he’s still uncomfortable with physical contact. plus, he hasn’t exactly been eating well, && poking his bony stomach DEFINITELY makes it obvious.
now she’s really confused, held tilting & eyes shifting to his stomach to make sure that he isn’t actually hurt because she can’t see what other reason he’d have for shying away from her touch. eyes raise to meet his & a hand comes to scratch awkwardly at her neck in embarrassment.
