            help but stare, open mouthed,     because it is literally the coolest
            thing she’s ever seen. & eventually her hand will reach up, pointer
            finger extended, & gently nudge his ear.

             a thing ? like a cool new trend ?!          or where you in a really
             bad cooking accident & got parts of your ears OBLITERATED
             & tried to cover the accident   with earrings ?    either way, it’s
