   It’s not like Waddles can even understand what he’s
   saying, much less be insulted by it!

                     But Mabel is obviously still angry with him, so, gathering up what
                     little dignity he has left, (which isn’t much; he lost most of it during
                    Mabel’s last slumber party. Just the thought of it makes him shudder
                     —pink hair dye is really, REALLY hard to get out.) he— begrudgingly —
                    apologizes. To a p i g. Oh, what a world.

         ❛ Fine. Sorry, Waddles, ❜ his lower lip sticks out in an
          embarrassed  pout  as he forces out the words, pink
          coloring his cheeks and a hand coming up to scratch at
          the opposite arm awkwardly. ❛ I won’t do it again. ❜

                When it comes to her brother, Mabel isn’t so easily forgiving.
                Especially if it was on a subject as ESSENTIAL as  Waddles’
                feelings. She’ll hug the pig closer to her, eyes  narrowing  at
                Dipper before she shrugs. It wasn’t the  BEST  apology, but
                she was starting to feel bad & so she shifted the  pig  to  the
                opposite arm  &  sticks  out  her  hand  to  say  that  he  was
                                               FORGIVEN. 

               ‘fine, bro. waddles & i’ll let it go THIS TIME. But next time
                you make a rude comment like  that  you’re gonna  get  it !’
